If you order something from Kunstcollectief Blos, you agree to the terms and conditions of sale that we use. If you have any questions about this, you can always contact us by e-mail: firstname.lastname@example.org.
All prices are including VAT and excluding shipping costs. Price changes and typing errors reserved.
You can pay at Kunstcollectief Blos by:
– transfer the amount to account number within 14 days
IBAN BE79 6528 2918 9933 BIC BBRUBEBB.
– transfer the amount immediately via PayPal or debit card.
– cash on collection in Baasrode: Dorpsplein 7, 9200 Baasrode (Dendermonde)
– on home sales, markets, etc. you can pay in cash, or with bancontact/payconiq.
There are various options for shipping or collecting your order. You have to choose the ‘correct’ and desired shipping method yourself. If necessary, we will contact you about this. More information about shipping costs can be found here.
Complaints? Send an email to email@example.com within 7 days after receipt of the articles, in which you formulate your complaint. We will answer these as soon as possible.
Customer data is only used for the purpose of processing an order. Customer data is not passed on to third parties.

Not satisfied, money back! Do remember to report this via email, together with your details for a refund. Costs of return shipments are borne by the buyer. Insufficiently stamped and not pre-notified returns will not be refunded. The item you return is of course undamaged and still in its original packaging.
Products made to measure, which are not re-saleable, will not be accepted as returns.
7. Risk of Shipment
We are not liable for loss, theft or damage during shipment. The products are packed as well as possible. If something is damaged, please do not hesitate to contact us. If a package is lost, we will see what we can do to fix it. to reimburse.
The colors in the photos may differ slightly from the colors of the items. The settings and quality of your display also affect it.
Do you own a business and would you like to receive an invoice? That is of course possible. Please contact us in this case. We can prepare an invoice with reverse charge VAT for companies from the Netherlands.
To protect your data, we:
– personal data is under no circumstances given, sold or given to third parties. We only make these available to third parties involved in processing your order (such as the courier company).
– data securely stored in a non-publicly accessible database.
– transaction data sent encrypted over the internet.
– promotional emails sent to customers who have subscribed to the newsletter. You can easily unsubscribe if you no longer wish to receive these emails.
If you have provided us with your telephone number/mobile number, you will only be contacted by telephone by our company if this is necessary to inform you about the questions or orders that you have requested. We do not use this for promotional purposes.
The forms on our website always indicate which fields are mandatory and which fields are optional. We will not use your information to contact you for other purposes without your consent.
If you place an order with Kunstcollectief Blos, we may ask you for the following information:
– name, address and telephone number. We use this information to correctly handle the delivery of your product.
– e-mail address, so that we can keep you informed about your order and for shipments.
In the event of errors in the address, billing or other personal data, Kunstcollectief Blos cannot be held liable for the inability to meet its obligations. The confidentiality of your password rests with the user.
DELETE OR MODIFY DATA

What are cookies?

Manage or delete cookies
There are 2 types of cookies: temporary and permanent. Art collective Blos uses both. Cookies from the first group are deleted when you close the browser. The permanent cookies can remain for longer, but can be removed manually.
If you do not want websites to place cookies on your computer, tablet or smartphone, you can adjust your browser settings so that you receive a warning before cookies are placed. You can also adjust the browser settings in such a way that the browser refuses all cookies or only the cookies from third parties. You can also delete cookies that have already been placed. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the costs for return from your home to the webshop are for your own account.
If you make use of your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to the entrepreneur with all accessories supplied and – if reasonably possible – in its original condition and packaging. To exercise this right, please contact us via email@example.com. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days after registration of your return, provided the product has already been returned in good order.
You don’t have to give a reason for this, but you can. We appreciate this feedback so that we can improve our services and products.
In the event of a defect or error on our part, we will bear the return costs.
